Personal one-to-one technical assistance, trading-platform setup, server support, software configuration, and educational trade coaching are available again through ATS Concierge Services.
AI-assisted onboarding, self-assistance, the ATS Help Desk, and AI Copilot education remain central parts of the ATS support model. Traders who need additional hands-on assistance can now book remote Concierge Services for specific technical, operational, or trading-education requirements.
One-to-One Concierge Assistance
ATS Concierge Services provide flexible remote assistance based on the trader’s individual setup and requirements. Services can include:
- Remote one-to-one assistance: Personal screen-sharing sessions using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or another supported remote meeting service.
- Trading server management: Assistance with trading VPS and dedicated-server setup, maintenance, updates, performance checks, and general administration.
- Trading platform setup: Help installing and configuring NinjaTrader, connections, workspaces, charts, instruments, accounts, and related platform components.
- ATS software setup: Installation, configuration, updating, troubleshooting, and operational assistance for AFT8, AWT, ATS Desktop applications, and supported ATS tools.
- Ad hoc trade coaching: Educational sessions covering ATS hybrid trading workflows, system operation, trade planning, risk processes, journaling, and review of the trader’s execution.
Structured ATS Trade Mastery
Traders seeking a complete guided pathway rather than a single ad hoc session can choose ATS Trade Mastery. Trade Mastery combines one-to-one assistance, technical setup, structured education, ATS hybrid trading methodology, turnkey workspaces, AI Copilot workflows, VIP Trading Group orientation, trade-plan development, and progression through the Zero-to-Hero Stages 1–5.
Available pathways include assisted onboarding, Zero-to-Hero coaching, and the all-in-one Fast Track package with 30-day ATS access. Sessions can be completed as an intensive fast-track program or scheduled over time to support simulator trading, prop-firm preparation, or responsible live hybrid futures trading.
