If installation is difficult or you prefer someone to guide you, there are two routes. Self-assisted: follow the ATS Desktop Apps installation guide, one step at a time, with ATS Help Bot and technical support for supported issues. Get assisted: explore optional paid one-to-one onboarding and setup from independent ATS Ecosystem providers.
Ecosystem providers may help with ATS account onboarding, NinjaTrader and ATS installation, connections, licence sync and workspace setup. Review services, pricing and booking options through the ATS Ecosystem. Providers set their own terms; personal setup sessions are not automatically included with an AFT Essentials purchase. You can be experienced in trading and still choose personal help with the technology.
One-to-One Trading Assistance & White-Glove Services
Personal help with trading-platform setup, ATS software, onboarding, remote assistance and educational Trade Mastery is available through independent ATS Ecosystem providers.
The ATS Launch Pad, Zero to Hero resources, Help Center, AI Help Bot and VIP Trading Group support traders who prefer a self-assisted pathway. If you would like individual guidance or hands-on help, explore the services available through the ATS Ecosystem.

Services offered by independent providers may include:
- Paid one-to-one guidance: Review your goals, current progress, system setup and possible next steps with an ATS Ecosystem provider.
- Fast-track onboarding: Get personal guidance with registration, installation, connections and progression through the Zero to Hero pathway.
- Trading-platform setup: Get help configuring NinjaTrader, data feeds, accounts, instruments, charts and workspaces.
- ATS software setup: Get assistance installing, updating and configuring AFT8, AWT and supported ATS tools.
- Remote technical assistance: Book a separate session for screen sharing and, where offered, permission-based help with installation or configuration issues.
- Trading server assistance: Find help with trading VPS or dedicated-server setup and administration where offered by a provider.
- One-to-one Trade Mastery: Explore educational guidance on hybrid trading workflows, trade plans, risk processes, journaling and trade review.
- Structured programs: Explore assisted Zero to Hero, Fast Track and ongoing Trade Mastery pathways where available.
