How Group Access is granted
To enforce rules, quality of service, IP & liquidity protection we operate a meet-and-greet policy prior to access. ATSBot Discord robot provides access to Group areas for your subscription level free or VIP. In order for this to work there is a 3-step process to grant user role-based access to the group as below:
- A)User Role “Lobby” You now have user role “Lobby” limited access to the onboarding lobby area
- B)User Role “ATS User” Providing chat access to lobby & signup-help
- 1) Sign up for an ATS Universal Account
- 2)Link your Discord UserName to your ATS Universal Account
- C)User Role “ATS Group” Providing free access to the main group
- 3)Attend the FREE New Traders Get Started Meeting
What to do if My Account has been downgraded – can’t see the group or VIP
- Make sure the Discord Username is entered not the NickName or server name
- Check you have a valid live subscription for VIP Access

Notes on Subscriptions and Emails
The ATSRobot will search for subscriptions, meeting history, and ATS User account info based on the email address to which you have linked your Discord username. If the email was not the same one used for purchases, the emails can be linked via the help desk.
