AFT Trade Management Settings Adjustment trail stops and breakeven

This adjustment is another tweak to loosen the 2nd bracket trail stop – and remove the breakeven which can be manually triggered via the AFT Easy Trader – Ninjabuddy GUI

Session Breakout Micro Futures Templates Settings Update V20201019

After testing this out today it was noticed the stop loss was too tight and should have been at around 25% of the daily session fib grid so that the stop loss appears the opposite side of the No Trade Zone.

The Target 1 was also moved out a slight amount to maintain the mathematical breakeven on the 2 lot scale out and the last lot trail.
